2025 Synergy Convention & Expo

The Certified Flooring Installers (CFI) and the Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) are excited to announce the further expansion and rebranding of our joint convention to Synergy Convention & Expo - a groundbreaking event that brings together leading voices and organizations from across the flooring industry.

Now in its 3rd year, CFI and FCICA welcome two new event partners - FCITS (Flooring Consultants and Inspectors Training Services) and FCB2B (Floor Covering Business-to-Business Association) - bringing together an even further expanded community of flooring organizations encompassing professional installers, contractors, inspectors, manufacturers, distributors/retailers, business leaders and technology partners for three days of networking, education, training and collaboration.

Mark your calendars for September 16–18, 2025 to attend this important flooring industry event taking place at the Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport in Nashville, Tennessee.

We invite you to exhibit and attend this event featuring 3 days of exceptional education sessions, knowledge sharing, industry solutions and valuable networking opportunities with a vibrant community of installers, contractors, retailers, consultants, industry leaders, fellow experts and technical representatives from leading flooring manufacturers and service providers. From informative seminars and interactive workshops to a comprehensive Expo showcasing cutting-edge products and services, this convention offers a one-of-a-kind platform to expand your professional horizons. 


Product Demonstrations Demonstrate your products at the 2025 Synergy Convention & Expo!

Four (4) 45 minute time slots will be set aside for demonstrations during the event. Demo spaces will include a table, protected flooring and electricity. Materials must be carried in and out by hand; no lifting equipment such as forklifts will be available. Product demonstrator to provide all equipment needed for the product demonstration as well as follow all OSHA safety guidelines.

Participating company agrees to pay $2,500 for the product demonstration plus attendee registration(s). Presenters must be registered for the event. To be considered, complete this PRODUCT DEMO LOTTERY form and agreement by July 31, 2025.

Silent Auction and Raffle Item Donation Request - Consider donating an item(s) to be placed in the silent auction or raffle!

If you elect to donate an item, please provide an image to include on the Convention website page and auction site. Silent auction item(s) and the company donor will be featured on the website for the duration of the event. Donors will be responsible for shipping the item(s) to the winner, if shipping is necessary. Partnering organizations have the right to choose if the donated item will be raffled or placed in the silent auction. Donated items will be displayed on the event and auction websites for the duration of the event. The auction will close on Thursday, September 18 at 3:00 PM Eastern. Tell us about your silent auction donation by completing this DONATION FORM.
