Help Wanted: Flooring Contractor / Flooring Installer - Qualifications: Must be able to do electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry. Must also be able to read the customer's mind, predict the future, be available at a moment’s notice and be finished yesterday. Able to install floor covering, a plus. Sound familiar?
In this presentation, Tim Ellison will discuss how to navigate these concerns. He’ll share his own experiences and those of other contractors working to meet customer expectations while on the job. Tim hopes the webinar discussion will be informative and interactive “Many of the things I will be discussing, I have picked up from other contractors. I hope you will be able to pick up a few ideas and enjoy the discussion.”
Presenter, Tim Ellison has been in the industry for over 30 years and has worked for Ardex Americas in the Technical Service Department since 2004. He is currently their Business Development Manager for Finished Surfaces.
