Fahad Faridi, Technical Services Manager for the Interior Finishing division at Sika USA, holds a BA in civil engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia. With a decade of experience at Sika Qatar, he has worked across multiple application fields, including Refurbishment, Flooring, Sealing & Bonding, Industry and Building Finishing. Passionate about mentoring young professionals, Fahad also stays actively engaged in exploring emerging technology trends within the construction sector.

Andreas ‘Dre’ Eisenmann has been a dedicated professional in the flooring industry for over a decade. A 2015 graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, Dre began his career with Sika Corporation even before graduation, gaining hands-on experience across multiple facets of the business. His roles in marketing, manufacturing representation, product engineering, product management, and technical service management have provided him with an in-depth understanding of construction products and their applications. Now serving as the Northeast Technical Sales Representative, Dre covers NY, NJ, PA, MD, and DE, specializing in Sika® MB and SikaLevel® surface preparation products, as well as SikaBond® and DriTac® flooring adhesives. His expertise and industry knowledge make him a valuable resource for flooring professionals throughout the region.
