Shane Jenkins has worked in the flooring industry for more than 35 years. He joined Schönox in 2015 as a Regional Business Manager, Southeast region. Then in 2018, he moved into the role of Senior Technical Coordinator and in 2023 assumed the role of Director of Technical Training and Development. As of March 2025, Shane was named Senior Technical Services Manager at Sika. Shane is active in training, education and support of Sika and Schönox customers. He is also an active member of several professional organizations, including ASTM, INSTALL, FCICA, ICRI, CFI, NAFCT, and NTCA.
Fahad Faridi, Technical Services Manager for the Interior Finishing division at Sika USA, holds a BA in civil engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia. With a decade of experience at Sika Qatar, he has worked across multiple application fields, including Refurbishment, Flooring, Sealing & Bonding, Industry and Building Finishing. Passionate about mentoring young professionals, Fahad also stays actively engaged in exploring emerging technology trends within the construction sector.
