Yes!  We would like to participate to the 2025 Spring Mid-Year Meeting by donating an item(s) to be placed in the silent auction or used in a raffle. An image of the item for the website is attached.   

Donated items will be displayed on the event and auction websites for the duration of the event. The auction will close on Wednesday, April 2 at 3 pm.

Companies donating raffle and/or silent auction items will be responsible for shipping to the winner, if shipping is necessary.

FCICA has the right to choose if the donated item will be raffled or placed in the silent auction. By completing this form, you agree to the above silent auction/raffle terms.
