Commercial Interior Contractors, Corp. (CIC) is a licensed, insured and bonded, specialty contractor (CC # 93BS00628) that furnishes and installs finishes: All types of floorings, including Terrazzo Tile, Access Floors, Gym Floors, Dance Studio, Paint, Acoustical and Wall Protection Solutions, Acoustical Ceilings and Window Treatments. The organization has over 40 years of experience in New Construction and Renovation Projects in South Florida - with projects requiring high security clearance such as Miami International Airport, Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, Miami Dade and Broward County Courthouses, etc.

CIC was incorporated in the State of Florida on April 17th, 1984. Its’ Founder, Eloise Gonzalez, is recognized as an industry leader for being one of the pioneering women in the Construction Industry in South Florida. She is a highly motivated interior contractor, with a successful track record of on time, quality work in numerous landmark projects, such as: Miami Heat Arena, Marlins Stadium, Panthers Arena, Miami Dade Colleges (Various Campuses), Florida International University (Various Campuses), Bass Museum, Frost Museum, Stephen P Clark Center (2 times in 20 yrs.), etc. 

In 2016 Francisco Geller, (Eloise's son) joined CIC after working in finance at HSBC New York City and graduating from Columbia University.  Today he runs the organization relying on the work ethic and financial acumen he earned in NYC; Francisco has worked tirelessly to propel CIC forward in new ways. His focus is on becoming the industry leader in New Technology, Sustainable Construction and Renovation Practices. 

Eloise has a daughter, Francisco's sister; Ledah Geller, who is an M&A attorney at Skadden, Arps NYC office.
