Quantify North America Inc is a service provider whose goal is to partner with contractors in flooring, painting, drywall and ceilings - to realize their success. Our primary service is to analyze contract documents and provide you with quantitative material estimates. We customize our service to mirror yours using the software and practices that you use. Our deliverables include the original software file, color-coded drawings including 3-D renderings for vertical applications, job summary with materials and quantities, job notes that identify any interpretations or conflicts, and a job file that includes all the necessary pages of the contract documents that are specific to your scope of work. By the middle of 2023, we will extend our services to include producing submittal packages and, hopefully by 2024, adding the service to gather material pricing. This last service will be dependent on collaboration with manufacturers to guarantee that we are getting the appropriate pricing.
