Sonny Callaham has over 33 years in the floor covering industry, starting with installing multiple types of flooring in the commercial and residential markets. Currently Sonny is the Technical Director for Divergent Adhesives. He is is the co-founder and Chairman of the Board for NAFCT and carries multiple industry certifications including CFI, IICRC, ICRI and NAFCT. During his career he has been involved with claims from all sides, installer, distributor and manufacturer, Sonny specializes in forensic investigation for complaints resulting in floor debonding.
