Carlo Marino has over twenty-five years of experience in the flooring industry with a most recent focus on moisture mitigation systems. He has experience as a tile and stone mason and has held various roles as Director of Contractor Sales and Director of National Key Accounts for both international manufacturers, and private equity-owned businesses.  

Lane West brings over thirty-five years of combined experience in sales and sales management for divisions of Cooper / Apex Tools, and Stanley Black & Decker. Most recently he was Director of Sales and Business Development for AccuTec, Inc. makers of PERSONNA® blades and tools. He has been connected to our floorcovering distribution channel since 2008.
