FCICA and INSTALL to Hold Joint Meeting in Atlanta April 7, 2021

FCICA, the Flooring Contractors Association, is excited to announce FCICA and INSTALL are collaborating to host a live event in the greater Atlanta, GA region offering education and networking for commercial flooring contractors.

The educational session will provide an opportunity for commercial flooring contractors to advance professionalism and learn how they can leverage FCICA and INSTALL member benefits.

On Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 10 AM ET, the two organizations invite local commercial flooring contractors to meet in-person at the South Eastern Regional Council of Carpenters Atlanta Training Center. Attendees will learn about the core missions of FCICA and INSTALL, and how contractors can utilize each organization to advance training, certification and business development.

“We’ve partnered together to share best practices with flooring contractors and want to demonstrate how they can utilize FCICA and INSTALL to win new jobs, train their labor force and recruit new journey people,” said John T. McGrath Jr. INSTALL executive director. “We want them to take away actionable learnings they can implement immediately to create and/or expand their professional labor force.”

The first of its kind collaboration will focus on industry hot topics, a time for sharing challenges and solutions, and provide an opportunity to create connections with industry colleagues. The session will include two keynote learning sessions—one from each organization, a training center tour, a virtual FCICA membership Meet Up, a networking hour, lunch and raffle giveaways.

“FCICA and INSTALL deliver value to the entire floorcovering industry, and most importantly to the flooring contractors who work in the field every day. This collaboration and event will help commercial flooring contractors learn valuable skills to help them secure more business,” added Pat Kelly, FCICA chairman and president and owner of Synergy Flooring. “Together we can empower contractors to leverage the tools our organizations offer to help them succeed.”
