FCICA Announces Kelley Fain, Executive VP Commercial Floors with Shaw Industries as the Mid-Year Meeting Keynote Speaker

FCICA is pleased to announce Kelley Fain, Executive Vice President, Commercial Floors with Shaw Industries will be the keynote speaker at the 2024 Spring Mid-Year Meeting, March 11-13 in Dalton, GA. FCICA leadership is thrilled to host Fain who will impart upon attendees lessons learned over the course of his 29 year tenure in the flooring industry. Shaw Industries is the keynote sponsor. The keynote is Tuesday, March 12.

Kelley Fain is a leader in the flooring industry with over 29 years of experience. At Shaw Industries he has made significant contributions across various departments, from customer service teams to the Custom Design Studio, and from field sales to leadership positions - leading to business growth across all divisional areas. With comprehensive knowledge and expertise spanning education, government, hospitality, corporate, retail and healthcare sectors, he leads with a commitment to excellence and innovation, instilling a culture of action and accountability within the Shaw teams. Kelley's leadership has been instrumental in supporting customers across each market segment and positioning Shaw’s commercial business for future success and expansion. 

His keynote kicks off the second day of the event which opens Monday, March 11 at 2 pm with an afternoon of programming. Tuesday starts with Kelley Fain's keynote address, followed by a full day of educational sessions, demos and committee meetings.

FCICA continues its annual Mid-Year Meeting, having been moved from the Fall to the Spring with the recent Convention partnership with CFI now taking place in the fall. This Spring Mid-Year offers 2 1/2 full days of exceptional education sessions, product demos, plant tours, industry networking and knowledge sharing in Dalton, a region known for the flooring industry and dubbed the 'Carpet Capital of the World'. 

The event features product demos from our members and manufacturer plant tours where contractors will be introduced to the companies' designs, products and manufacturing processes. On Wednesday, Shaw Industries will host contractors for a morning of plant tours followed by an invitation to lunch. In the afternoon, contractors will tour Mohawk plant sites followed by the closing evening dinner reception.
