FCICA Elects New Board Directors for 2026-2028 Term

The Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) is pleased to announce the new directors for the 2026-2028 term.

During the Annual Member Meeting on December 16, FCICA Chairman, John Gillespie, CIM, announced the new incoming board directors for a three-year term expiring in 2028. Members were asked to submit nominations and vote on the nominees in a virtual ballot in the weeks leading up to the meeting.

New incoming board members are Daniel Grant, CIM, ARDEX Americas, Jay Harvey, Fishman Flooring Solutions and Paul Stuart, Stuart & Associates Commercial Flooring. Leadership also announced Ben Walker, Trade Tap, was named chair of the newly formed Marketing Committee.

The current Executive Board leadership will remain the same. They are John Gillespie, CIM, LBJ Interior Solutions, Board Chairman; James Lockwood, CIM, Consolidated Floors, Vice Chairman; Shane Jenkins, Schönox-Sika, Vice Chairman of Associates; Jason Spangler, Wagner Meters, Secretary/Treasurer; and Pat Kelly, Synergy Flooring, Immediate Past Chairman. Mike Forcade, Diverzify National Accounts, continues as Membership Committee Chair and Scott McDonald, CIM, Lansing Tile & Mosaic, continues as CIM Committee Chair.

Continuing on the Board of Directors at large are Russell Cleveland, Milliken & Company; Sim Crisler, Specialty Flooring Solutions LLC; Geoff Gordon, FUSE Commercial Flooring Alliance; Jeffrey Johnson, MAPEI Corporation; Mike Kelly, CIM, Synergy Flooring; Huseyin Koca, CIM, Allstate Floors and Construction; Tim Mitcheltree, DiverzifyPro; Scott McDonald, CIM, Lansing Tile & Mosaic; Don Styka, CIM, Tarkett; Bill Pargoe, Network Flooring & Maintenance; and Rod Von Busch, CIM, C.D.I. Floors.

Ending their board terms are D Clark, CIM, Fishman Flooring Solutions, completing a 6-year term; Seth Pevarnik, ARDEX Americas, completing a 9-year term; and Wilmer Pressel, CIM, Inside Edge Commercial Interiors, completing a 4-year term.

John Gillespie, FCICA Chairman, thanked them for their leadership and service to FCICA. The FCICA Board of Directors serve three-year rotational terms and are elected annually by members in good standing.
