FCICA Executive Director, CJ Church, joins FCICA member, Go Carrera's 'The Huddle’ Podcast

On Tuesday, October 11, FCICA associate member, Go Carrera, held its weekly podcast, 'The Huddle', live, onsite at FCICA’s 2022 Mid-Year Meeting at Lago Mar Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

FCICA executive director, CJ Church, joined The Huddle hosts and members, Paul Stuart of Go Carrera and Daniel Gonzalez and Jose Gonzalez, CIM, from Preferred Floors MI, to discuss the power of partnerships and how creating partnerships can launch your business forward.

As the guest speaker, Ms. Church introduced podcast listeners to FCICA, the Flooring Contractors Association, highlighting its mission to ‘help make commercial flooring contractors successful’, through its industry partnerships and educational events and programs - particularly the CIM Program. Ms. Church shared information about the Certified Installation Manager (CIM) Program, the only certification program available for commercial flooring installation project managers. The Program is a unique online professional educational program that consists of a series of modules that provide training and assessments to enhance one’s skill set, experience and knowledge base to successfully manage commercial flooring projects.

During the course of the discussion, Paul Stuart announced Go Carrera will sponsor a CIM applicant with a Program scholarship, a $1,225 value. FCICA recognizes and thanks Go Carrera for this generous scholarship in support of the CIM Program and FCICA. Information about Go Carrera’s CIM scholarship will be announced at a later date.
