FCICA Holds Regional Meeting in Bel Air, Maryland

On May 18, FCICA held its second regional meeting in Bel Air, Maryland. FCICA Member, Spartan Surfaces hosted the event at the company's Bel Air facility.

The meeting was open to all industry contractors and consultants, both current FCICA members, as well as nonmembers, from the Baltimore, Maryland area. Attendees took part in educational presentations, demos and networking. Member Huseyin Koca, CIM, of Partner Flooring and FCICA Membership Committee Chair, shared how to leverage FCICA membership benefits and introduced nonmembers to FCICA. The one-day event also included presentations and hands-on demos from Spartan Surfaces and Novalis Innovative Flooring representatives, a networking lunch and a tour of Spartan Surfaces' facilities. Participation in the event was free.

FCICA leadership's goal is to engage commercial contractors on a regional level. This was the second regional outreach initiative. In February 2021, FCICA held its first regional meeting together with INSTALL in Atlanta, GA. .
