AFS Group (America’s Floor Source) Announces Acquisition of Flooring Solutions Expanding Service Offering in the Mid-South Region

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The latest acquisition to the AFS Group portfolio will significantly enhance AFS Group’s service capabilities and expand its footprint in the Mid-South, particularly in Memphis, Tennessee.

AFS Group, a top 5 independent flooring retailer, has acquired the assets and intellectual property of Flooring Solutions. Flooring Solutions is a top retailer in Memphis, TN for flooring and tile, with sales of more than $10 million annually.

As part of the acquisition, they will operate under the America’s Floor Source (AFS) brand. AFS will retain all leaders, sales associates, and operations team members. The business will continue to operate from its current Memphis, Tennessee location.
