Joseph Rizzo is the Director of Sales for Concrete and Substrate Preparation at LATICRETE. He leads the efforts of the US and Canadian teams in the sales of surface preparation, moisture control, and the SUPERCAP® network of mobile pump trucks for high-volume, rapid delivery of self-leveling underlayments and overlays. Joe graduated from NYU - Polytechnic University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. His perspective on flooring and concrete has been honed by the contractors and architects that he has had the privilege of working with for over 25 years. 

Nicole Gay is the Senior Product Manager for Concrete and Substrate Preparation at Laticrete. With more than 15 years of experience in global product management and program leadership across various construction and building materials industries, Nicole has worked closely with contractors, distributors, and project teams to bring practical, jobsite-ready solutions to market.
