Presenter, Bob Noe Jr., has been immersed in the flooring industry since a young age. He began his flooring journey at the age of 11, working as a seasonal helper for his grandfather, a skilled hard surface mechanic. After a period of exploring other fields, the Noe family ventured into the retail flooring business, which eventually flourished with the establishment of three successful locations. Recognizing the need for improvement within the industry, Bob took the initiative to develop software that would effectively track orders—an early precursor to the innovative solutions offered by Pacific Solutions today. Currently, Bob serves as President of Pacific Solutions.
